Join Us for the IMPACT Training – Building Personal Empowerment, Confidence, and Real-Life Self-Defense Skills We invite you to take part in a 3-day IMPACT Training, taking place on May 24–25–26, 2026, in Tirana, Albania. This training is designed for individuals who want to deepen their personal empowerment and strengthen their self-defense skills through realistic, experiential, and scenario-based practice. It offers an intensive and supportive learning experience focused on boundary setting, verbal skills, emotional resilience, and effective real-life responses to violence. IMPACT is known internationally as a transformative program that combines physical self-defense with communication and confidence-building tools, helping participants feel stronger, safer, and more prepared in everyday life.

Material Delivery
No previous experience or fitness level is required. All activities are adapted to participants’ comfort and ability, creating a supportive and respectful learning environment.

- •Future or current Empowerment Self-Defense instructors
